ABOUT ME
I’m here to be anam-ċara, or a ‘soul friend’. In the Celtic tradition soul friends are a compassionate presence and an important part of spiritual development.
I can guide you on your own spiritual path, provide spiritual support in times of change or crisis, and help you incorporate spiritual practice in your daily life.
As a writer and advocate I am interested in deepening understanding of spirituality, and how spirituality can help at a systems level to shape a more beautiful future.
I bring an expansive view of spirituality. I have no particular faith background but can work with people of all religions, those with no religion, or those leaving their religion. Atheists are welcome here.
I can also share my own experience transforming my life with spirituality - from the darkest depths to finding meaning, joy and peace.
